Refund Policy
The Center for Management Science Research (CMSR) is committed to providing high-quality research services and educational programs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure fair and transparent policies for our participants. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for CMSR programs and services.
General Refund Policy:
- Full refunds: Will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the program or service start date.
- Partial refunds: Will be issued for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the program or service start date, with a 50% fee deducted from the original payment.
- No refunds: Will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the program or service start date, or for cancellations after the program or service has begun.
Exceptions:
- Medical emergencies: In the case of a documented medical emergency that prevents participation, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation date. Documentation from a healthcare professional will be required.
- Program cancellation by CMSR: In the unlikely event that CMSR cancels a program or service due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants.
